NHS e-referral
If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will be asked to book your appointment using the ‘NHS e-Referral’ system.
You will receive a letter from us within 2 weeks giving details of how to book your appointment and any passwords you may need.
GP referrals
To request a GP referral for any symptoms you are concerned about, please contact us using our online contact form ensuring you select ‘Medical request’ and please provide as much information as you can as this will help us to process your request.
Tracking a referral
The easiest way to track an existing referral is to contact the service that you have been referred to. If you don’t know the service you have been referred to, phone us on 020 8807 4505
