Chalfont Surgery would like to convey our utmost gratitude to our patients. We are proud to serve the community of Edmonton and our patient feedback continue to demonstrate that we are delivering a high-quality service. Whilst we always strive to do better and improve both the experience and medical care we deliver, the data shows Chalfont Surgery is one of the best practices out of the approximately 180 that operate in the five borough of North Central London (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington).

The whole team is incredibly proud of the below achievements and we will endeavour to improve them further.
- The national GP Patient Survey, carried out by IPSOS on behalf of NHS England, shows that 77% of patient respondents rated the overall experience of the GP surgery as good. This is higher than the average within North Central London as well as the England average.
- For the same survey, 74% of patient respondents describes their experience of contacting their GP practice as good. Higher than the North Central London and England average, which were both 67%.
- When making an appointment, 69% of respondents were offered a choice of time or day when they last tried to make a general practice appointment. Again, this was higher than the averages for practices in North Central London and overall for all of England, which were 54% and 54% respectively.
- Positive overall experience as part of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) was 94% in January 2025 (latest data), compared to the NCL average of 90% and the England average of 92%
- In June 2025, the average call queue wait time on our phone system was just 1 minute 42 seconds. This ensures you can get through to our team more quickly if you struggle with online access.
- Patient reviews on Google put the surgery at 4.6 out of 5 stars. This is the joint second-highest in all of the practices within North Central London.
