We are delighted to share the results of the 2026 GP Patient Survey, which show very positive feedback from our patients.

The GP Patient Survey is carried out independently on behalf of NHS England and gives patients an opportunity to share their experiences of their GP practice and the care they receive.

We are particularly pleased that, across the 20 key survey questions, our practice matched or performed better than both the local Integrated Care System average and the national average in 18 areas. This is a fantastic achievement and reflects the hard work, dedication and commitment of our whole practice team.

These results show that patients value the care, support and service they receive from our clinicians, reception team and wider staff. We strive every day to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care, and it is encouraging to see this reflected in the feedback we receive.

We would like to thank all the patients who took the time to complete the survey. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us understand what we are doing well as well as where we can continue to improve.

While we are proud of these results, we remain committed to listening to our patients and continually developing our services. We will use the survey findings to build on our strengths and focus on further improvements, with the aim of achieving even better results in 2027.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us make our practice a great place to receive care.
