Disability access
The surgery has flat access to the street and all consulting rooms are wheelchair accessible. A lift gives access to the first floor.
A drop-off point is located immediately outside the main entrance.
Reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities are available opposite the surgery (at Asda Supermarket – pay on foot parking).
Enhanced Access
If you need to see a doctor or nurse for either routine problems or urgently, you can book an appointment at the local GP access hub based at Evergreen Surgery (there are also other hubs in borough).
The access hub is open Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 8am to 8pm.
Appointments can be made via the practice directly or by calling NHS 111 subject to appointment availability. Outside of practice opening hours, you can call 0208 887 8355 (up to 8pm).
