The team at Chalfont Surgery are very sad to announce that Dr Ojike will be leaving the surgery team and his last day will be Tuesday 24th March 2026.
Dr Ojike has been an integral part of the Chalfont Surgery team since 2017 and has been delivery amazing patient care for that whole time. His time with us initially began at the old surgery site on Chalfont Road and guided the team through the move to Evergreen Primary Care Centre and the merger with Boundary Court Surgery.
The team are incredibly proud of the service we deliver at Chalfont Surgery and a great part of that is due to the leadership of Dr Ojike and his work ethic.
The whole team wish him the best of luck for the new chapter in his career. Thank you Dr Ojike!
